Bipasha Basu, the Black Beauty of Bollywood, was born on 07.01.1979 in New Delhi, India, is a famous Indian Actress and Model. Having born in New Delhi, Bipasha Basu’s family relocated Calcutta. Bipasha is the second of three sisters, born and brought up in a Hindu Bengali family. Bipasha is fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali languages. The names of her other sisters are Bidisha and Bijoyeta. Bipasha Basu’s desire to become a doctor opted for science. But, due to aversion in Zoological practical, Bipasha Basu shifted to Commerce to become Chartered Accountant. Bipasha Basu came into the limelight when she won the famous “Ford Supermodels Contest” at the age of 17. Bips also won the “Tulips Miss Super Vivacious” in the same contest. Bipasha Basu did the famous video “Tu Meri Mehbooba” for Sonu Nigam's album, “Kismat”. Bipasha Basu was one of the judges in the 2004 Femina Miss India beauty pageant. Besides doing Bollywood movies, Bipasha Basu acted in Tollywood also.
