Mallika has a degree in Indian philosophy from Delhi University. Mallika started her career with Bollywood movie Khwahish. To the audience surprise, Mallika starred opposite Jackie Chan in Hollywood movie, The Myth and appeared at the Cannes Film Festival to promote The Myth. Now, Mallika beginning to work in the Kollywood film Dasavatharam opposite Kamal Haasan, which is going to become a popular in Indian Cinema History.
